CityMap  is GIS (Geographic Information System) application available for devices with Java 2 Platform, Micro Edition (J2ME) implementation with support of MIDP Version 1.0 or above ,such as Nokia Series 60 Platform. It is a local base (runs locally on the MIDP devices) map solution.  CityMap offers users Main menu. Submenu Streets offers to choose  streets. With keys for navigation ( Up, Down, Left, Right ) you can move to the point of interest on the map and to have information when clicking key ( Ok ) . By using keys or   you can move on the street. This function is very useful when you are moving on the long streets. Submenu Route calculate and visualize optimal route between two chosen streets. You can move on the route in both directions when pressing continuous keys   or      to take a view of  the sightseeing on the map. Have a nice trip!

      Ok.

     Choose streets entering the first letter of the name. 

     Ok.

     Your choice is Helmcken St.

     Ok.                                     

      When pressing continuous keys  or  you can move on the chosen street in both directions.    CityMap shows the name of the street where are you  walking (Go on Helmcken St ). 

     Crossing street Homer.

     With keys for navigation ( Up, Down, Left, Right ) you can put the cursor (+) on some point (red square). You can have information about this point when clicking key Ok.

     View information .

     Your choice is Route.

     Choose streets entering the first letter of the name. 

     Choose a street to start a route.

    Ok.

     Your choice to start a route is Bute St.

     Choose a street to end a route.

     Your choice to end a route is Hamilton St.

    View start street and end street.

    Crossing Davie St.

     End a route (Hamilton St).

     You can choose a new route or go to main menu.
